Restricted access notice

The whānau dashboard will contain sensitive information. Access is restricted to authorised trustees and approved whānau, or provided on reasonable request, in accordance with trustee governance obligations. Information is shared to support transparency, accuracy and responsible administration of Taumore.

Information, permissions and terms of access

• Trust records, including minutes, financial statements and governance documents, are maintained by the trustees in accordance with their duties and obligations
• All trustees have full access to Taumore records to enable them to fulfil their governance responsibilities
• Whānau may request access to Taumore information where appropriate
• Access to Taumore information may be managed to prevent misuse, misrepresentation or misunderstanding of records
• Taumore information must not be altered, selectively quoted or used in a misleading manner
